Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Orders cancelled before shipping (see our Cancellation Policy)
• Damaged products — approved return with valid unboxing video proof
• Incorrect products delivered

We do not issue refunds for size, colour, or preference issues, change of mind, or a quality or colour expectation mismatch.

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during your original purchase.

• Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded within 5 business days.
• Returns for damaged or incorrect products are refunded after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For a refund on a returned product, the return must meet the requirements in our Return & Exchange Policy — including valid, continuous unboxing video proof, and the product being unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
